Betavivo flakes contain betaglucan from oats, which has been shown to lower cholesterol. Intake of beta-glucan from oats as part of a meal also contributes to reducing the rise in blood sugar after a meal. Both effects are documented to be positive for health.
Betavivo is a natural way to lower cholesterol, without side effects. One portion is 0.9 dl and should be taken daily (you can divide the amount during the day). Can be served on yogurt or filet, for example.
