Balanced Iron Complex contains iron bisglycinate, a form of iron that is gentle on the digestive system. This formula also includes synergistic vitamin C to enhance iron absorption and aid in the maintenance of the immune system alongside vitamin B12 - an essential nutrient which contributes to normal energy-yielding metabolism and red blood cell formation, supporting the role of iron within the body.
Iron contributes to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue and contributes to normal cognitive function. Foods typically high in iron include red meat, shellfish, pumpkin seeds, and spinach.
