- Our vitamin D3 spray is micro-emulsified and is absorbed directly through the oral mucous membrane. Absorption studies carried out at the Cardiff University confirm this*. Vitamin D3 is absorbed through the digestive system, not through the oral mucous membrane if administered as drops or tablets dissolved in the mouth.
People often have problems absorbing vitamins through their digestive system. A spray that is absorbed directly through the oral mucous membrane has been proven to be effective and to regularly raise vitamin levels in blood if taken
as recommended. Vitamin D3 deficiency is very common among people living in Scandinavia, and we recommend that adults use the strong Dlux3000 spray (75mcg/a spray).
The product is sweetened by xylitol only and contains no artificial ingredients. Vitamin D3 spray has a fresh peppermint flavour. Dlux3000 spray contains 100 doses.
